In the version that I designed I made sure to fit more than three of these logs onto one page, because I feel it is a bit of a waste of space how WotC made this, but that is just my opinion.

Lastly I would say that ideally the sheet would allow for adding more pages so that you can keep all the logs together in one PDF and have it do all the math for you so you don't have to fill the starting row for every fourth entry. Note that just entering "-2" into the addition field works fine. In your sheet I would have to enter "2" in the subtraction field, which wouldn't look so logical once printed.
